About Verbal Spark
VerbalSpark.com is a site designed around the idea of talk. It is comprised of the thoughts and opinions of an individual in a virtual talk show styled setting where various subjects are put forward for public consumption. The subjects are designed to be above the ordinary, out of the box at times sparking thought provocation resulting in talk on the “internet streets,” if you will.
About Me
I’ve been on internet bulletin boards for almost a decade now raising all kinds of subjects with all types of spins on them. Being a conversationist in real life, the internet provided me the perfect vehicle to express all my thoughts, ideas and opinions. I have often told people that in recent years I developed a passion to be a talk show host, one who prefers to push buttons one day, bring up thought provoking subjects another day and play the fool the next. The internet has provided me a relatively cheap avenue to fulfill this closet dream. Verbal Spark is my show. Welcome. Sit down and enjoy the topics. Look at my pictures. Laugh if you may, cry if you want, sit back and ponder some of the things you read.
Your host was born on the island of St .Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. I was raised on the island of St.Kits where my father was born, raised by my grandmother and two uncles. My mom was born on the neighboring island of Nevis. I have strong connections to other islands via ancestry and marital connections, islands such as St. Martin, Jamaica, Barbados and the Dominican Republic and even islands as far away as Madeira off the northwestern African coast. As an adult I have lived in New York City and now I reside in the Ft .Lauderdale area of Florida.
I have a strong passion for the Caribbean, a place I will be forever proud of. I enjoy the study of history as well as religion and such will be the larger portion of my topics. Be warned, however, my topics on religion will often be about things they never taught you in Sunday school so expect controversial topics. So as I’ve said before, this is my show. One to hopefully spark your interest, your thinking and your daily conversation, in part. One that will keep you coming back again and again. Again I say to you, welcome to Verbal Spark. Please enjoy!
